Meta Media Buyer - Performance Marketer

We’re seeking a Meta Media Buyer – Performance Marketer who know how to build fully functional cross-platform mobile apps from the ground up. Our teams focus on performance, scalability, and fast delivery for both startups and enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the adoption of an AI-first approach across the development practice, identifying where AI, automation, and smarter tooling can improve efficiency, quality, and consistency at every stage of delivery.
  • Design, build, and implement practical AI-powered tools, agents, and workflows that support the full delivery lifecycle, from development and code review through to QA, launch preparation, and ongoing optimisation.
  • Work closely with developers, technical leads, and leadership to understand real pain points, prioritise the right opportunities, and turn them into scalable internal solutions that save time and raise the bar on day-to-day delivery.
  • Introduce structured processes, standards, and guidance for how AI should be used across the team, ensuring every solution is effective, repeatable, and aligned with quality, security, and client expectations.
  • Evaluate new tools and platforms, prototype and test with intent, and roll out what brings the most practical value to the business and the team.

Technical Expertise and Requirements

What You Bring

  • Strong software engineering background with the ability to build and implement real solutions, not just recommend them.
  • Proven experience applying AI, LLMs, or automation in an engineering, product, or technical delivery environment.
  • Solid understanding of modern development workflows including code review, testing, CI/CD, GitHub, and developer productivity tooling.
  • Experience scripting, integrating APIs, and building internal tools or automations using JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar technologies.
  • Ability to identify inefficiencies, solve problems practically, and introduce improvements that stick across a team.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the confidence to bring structure to a new area and help others adopt new ways of working.

Good to Have

    • Experience with AI-assisted code review, developer tooling, agent-based workflows, or internal engineering assistants.
    • Familiarity with visual regression, browser automation, or automated audit tooling for performance, SEO, accessibility, or launch readiness.
    • Background in eCommerce or agency environments where multiple teams and projects require practical, scalable support.
    • Knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG, internal knowledge tools, governance, or AI best practices within engineering teams.
